While on herceptin, plus other chemos, my nails were always shredding off at the ends--had to keep them trimmed low. Now I am on tykerb with xeloda--still lots of nail problems, like cracking down the nail. Recently discomfort with both heels even though I keep them well lubricated. They feel dry with a pressure or throbbing feeling. It helps me at night to place a small pillow under my ankles to keep my heels off the mattress.
