Four chemo drugs more toxic to normal brain cells than to cancer cells
In this article chemotherapy drugs – carmustine, cisplatin, and cytosine arabinoside are shown to be very poorly selective in killing cancer cells as opposed to normal brain cells. An explanation of the cause of brain damage is found.
