While this Q/A article from the Washington Post with Richard Wenzel is dated and timed as 4/27/09 at 1 PM, I think it is pretty good at answering questions about the swine flu. As it turns out, Mr. Wenzel accurately predicted the change to WHO Phase 4.
Since those being treated for cancer are often immune-compromised, the response regarding the question about the patient being treated with chemotherapy might be interesting to many here.
