Memories of Love provides a 5 night, 6 day respite in Orlando, which includes 3 day passes for the wish recipient and their children through age 16 to a 1 day pass to Sea World and a 2 day pass to Universal Studios. Also included are hotel accommodations, discount meal vouchers (based on availability) at select restaurants and $200 to help defray the cost of food, gas, parking, etc.

Who may be nominated for the Memories of Love wish respite trip?

You may nominate yourself if you meet the following criteria:

• Have been medically diagnosed with a life threatening illness
• Have children 16 years old or younger
