"Magnolia Meals at Home™ is a free meal delivery program that provides nutritious meals for patients living with breast cancer and their families. Currently, the program is for patients who live within a predefined area of Rockland and Bergen Counties, NJ, Westchester County, NY, and Andover, MA, and is a partnership between Magnolia: the Eisai Women’s Oncology Program, CancerCare, Cancer Support Community and Meals On Wheels Association of America (MOWAA).
Breast cancer treatment is often accompanied by challenges, which can make it more difficult to manage everyday tasks, such as food shopping or preparing meals. But meals with loved ones are important for everyone to come together, enjoy one another’s company and strengthen the family bond. Magnolia Meals at Home is a meal delivery program that aims to help patients by providing nourishing meals to households affected by breast cancer so loved ones can spend more quality time together.
Through the program, currently being piloted in and around Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey and Andover, Massachusetts, participants will receive up to 6 monthly home meal deliveries, each of which will include up to 7 meals that are designed to meet the nutritional needs of people living with breast cancer, and up to 10 meals for family members.
Magnolia Meals at Home is brought to you by The Eisai Women’s Oncology Program - Magnolia, in collaboration with CANCERcare, Cancer Support Community (CSC) and Meals On Wheels Association of America (MOWAA)
