I am attaching rates and Miraval SPA guide to compare w/ other proposals. Meals are included. (Joe, can we get tax exemption as a non profit for hotel rooms?). There is an added sales tax and service fee. The rates for this opulent resort are not as bad as I had expected. See email response from Mr. Sim below:

Currently we do have the availability on a first option basis over the dates of January 2-5, 2008. Please see the attached Partnership Proposal for your program as well as our current activity guide for your review. Please note that we are offering your program almost $200.00 less than our normal rates, in hopes of hosting your retreat in January of 2008. Please note that we are currently not holding space for you, but happy to do so upon your request.
