this thread was put up a couple of days ago and still no answer so I will try to be helpful although I can only make recommendations here based on my perception of level of knowledge and respect from his peers as I gather from international conferences. I have never met this man personally nor known anyone taken care of by him.

His name is Matthew Ellis and he is responsible for much of the genetic sequencing papers now being delivered by an international consortium working
on the project. Before this his baileywick was neoadjuvant trials of antihormonals in ER+ breast cancer. He seems to be highly regarded by his peers (oncologists) and by other cancer researchers.
