Dx July 2001, age 36
15 cm tumor! (did NOT show up on mammogram?!) presented as bloody nipple discharge) 11 + lymph nodes
ER/PR-, Her2+
Stage III
Treated with mastectomy, A/C, weekly Taxol, followed by one year of Herceptin
Radiation
Prophylactic mastectomy on remaining breast
Reconstruction
Last date of herceptin--March 2003
