Re other thread - Working my way through it.
I live in Scotland so post of August 2015 (Scotland recommending Vit D supplementation) was one of the reasons I started to take supplement. So glad I did as I am 72. I wanted to be in 70-80 range. I think Nurses level says it all for Scotland!! 17 far too low.
