Happy New Year !! I don't know if this is correct but in Hawaii we say Kung Hee Fat Choi to our Chinese friends.
There have been Chinese New Year celebrations every weekend this month in Chinatown in Honolulu.
I am going out for some Jai (my favorite Chinese New Year food) and other Chinese New Year foods with friends later this month.
