NEW YORK CITY SURVIVORS
Meet-Up Event

It’s common knowledge that New Yorkers are a strong breed. It’s also
well known that cancer survivors are as strong as they come. When you
put the two together, we’re talking about one remarkable group of
people!

A few of us recently returned from Washington DC where we encouraged
our leadership to make cancer a national priority. As we returned to
New York, we realized that we could all benefit from a unified
community of survivors right here in our own city. The cover of New
York Magazine was a great start! To keep the ball rolling, we’re
planning an informal meet-up event for any and all New Yorkers who have
been affected by cancer…

JOIN US!!
Saturday, June 16 at 10:00am
Sheep Meadow, Central Park
(enter at West 67th St and Central Park West)

Invite your friends and loved ones, and forward this to anyone who may
be interested! This will be a casual and fun morning of socializing,
networking, finding strength and support in our fellow survivors, and
looking ahead to consider how we can make a difference in the greater
cancer community.

Bring your morning beverage of choice and we’ll take care of the
breakfast treats. Look for the yellow balloons. Hope to see you then!
