I think that it is possible for you to receive herceptin locally. I am getting herceptin from major research center (and I want to be there for complete initial treatment). However, I did find a doctor (in my small town) who is willing to admin drugs under outside protocol (not change oncologists to him - just administer the drugs).
Worth asking.
