Dear Lolam,
Please do not suffer through this. We have all endured so much. You would be surprised at the people that take antidepresants. I personnaly don't see anything wrong with it. If there is a pill that will make me happier, and better able to cope, then I am all for it. I do take Zoloft, and I also have ativan on hand for really stressful days. There is no need to suffer. Please let your doctor know you need something.
