Cool My Profile w/questions/Joanie

Hi all - I am new to this site 6/26/06. Let me share my story with you and perhaps I can locate someone with similar statistics - also some questions.
Breast cancer survivor from Sept. 30, 2001. IDC (spider-like 8 mm against
chest wall, as well as a second tumor in-situ-4 mm, stage 2, grade 2 (faster growing than normal cells), removed 9 lymph nodes/negative, ER-90% positive, PR-negative, HER2 receptors positive 6.3 (FISH test findidngs). The first lumpectomy was done 9/30/01 followed by
a second surgery 10/7/03 because the first surgery margins were not all negative, therefore the second surgery to create better margins; however, since the cancer was right up against the chest wall, the margin is scarce.
This was followed by 7 weeks radiation plus a regimen of 5 years of Arimidex -
no chemotherapy. I have bilateral mammos every 6 months, and once a year
along with the mammo a breast MRI to give better odds of "seeing" a problem
because my cancer is located in a "hidden" place. Age 69 when cancer found.

Is there anyone out there with a similar situation?? If so, what is the prognosis and the treatment? I would love to chat with anyone who is interested in sharing their journey with me!!! Thanks a bunch. Joanie
