How about if we start a thread in the "keeping your mind off BC" in regards to our weekly diet and exercise? We can motivate one another and throw out ideas. I'm pretty good about the exercise part, it's the eating part that I fall apart on.
It will be like a free Weight Watchers meeting. We're always there for one another and check in once a week with our stats. It's harder to cheat when you have to report it to someone.
