I could write a book on all the unprofessional things that have happened!
One of the Nurses actually told me that all my research and questions were giving her a hard time!!
I 'd be happy to pay for reports. Mind you this reminds me of story I heard from another patient- she was told that a copy of CT was £10 so she happily paid for it. When she got the CT it couldn't be opened. It turned out you had to pay for password as well. No-one had mentioned this!
