It is "capable" of doing so. But as El said, your personal response to Navlebine is an unknown yet.
I had nodal mets/ suspicious spot on lung and pelvis. Two monts of Navelbine/Herceptin put me in NED of body 14 mos ago. May you have such a good response as well
