When I started Tykerb I couldn't find anything to balance eating and freg.bathroom breaks. I started diphen/atrop and take one the first five min. Im awake, than take one five min. after taking Tykerb. IF off on time than, well no balance with the digestive system. Other than that balance is great I love the med
