HER2 negative cell lines:

It should be noted that the above results are for only one of the known mode of action (DNA fragmentation induced by BZL101).
The meaning of the + sign:
Cells were treated with BZL101 at 1:100 dilution for 2 days, after which cells were analyzed for DNA content by flow cytometry. +:5–10% cells with fragmented DNA; ++: 10–20%; +++: 20–30%; ++++: more than 40%.
