Mar.25/09 - Fine wire biopsy + lumpectomy of left breast.
Surgical report shows 5 cm tumor ER+++
PR++ HER2+++ no clear margins.

Apr.29/09 - Mastectomy of left breast and node removal
show 1 node+ 1.8 cm tumor , clear margins.

June 25/09 - FEC every 3 wks.x 6
Nov. 09 - Herceptin every 3 wks. x 16?
Nov.09 - Radiation daily x 16
Nov.09 - Tamoxifen 2 yrs.?
