I could only find diabetes trials for two inhibitors, ISIS-113715 and Ertiprotafib. I am sure that Lani knows of more! Of course, the nice thing is that these have already been through the time consuming phase I trials.

A computer buddy of mine has just been diagnosed with lung mets, even though she had herceptin after chemo, so it's good to know that there is a lead in this area.
