Smile Expanding our Vocabulary Horizons Together

Do you guys like to learn new words? I do.

I was wondering if there's any interest in expanding our vocabularly horizons together. It's highly likely that if one of us isn't familiar with the word, then there are also some others here that'll it'll be new to as well.

It's a great way to flex our brain cells and keep them young and sharp and combat chemo brain at the same time!

It's easy to copy and paste definitions from a site like Dictionary.com and might be fun to add in a sentence of our own, putting it into context.

I'll start it off with a word that was new to me tonite:

con·fab·u·late

   /kənˈfæbyəˌleɪt/ [kuhn-fab-yuh-leyt]
verb (used without object), con·fab·u·lat·ed, con·fab·u·lat·ing. 1. to converse informally; chat.

2. Psychiatry . to engage in confabulation.

"Won't it be great when Krisvell comes back and we can confabulate with her again?"
