New Phase 2 Trial Now Open
Hello,
I am the lead for this study and we are looking for patients. It is open through the CTSU or through NCCTG sites, which should cover most sites through the US.
The study is looking for patients who's frontline therapy with Herceptin with chemo has failed them.
A standard treatment option at this juncture would be lapatinib + capecitibine. In the trial, we will be investigating whether adding IMC-A12-the IGF-1R inhibitor- will improve outcomes.
