This is good news. Tucatinib is the drug that went by the experimental name of ONT-380 or something like that, correct. If it is it has good central nervous system penetration and the diarrhea is less than Tykerb because Tucatinib only acts on Her-2 not on Her-1. It seems to be a definite advance.
