Re: Got hope? Here's a great story...

http://www.radicalremission.com/

Just heard a 15 min. video with Kris Carr and DR. KELLY TURNER

about RADICAL REMISSION -- surviving cancer against all odds...
(This is Dr. Kelly Turner's book, which I am going to get and digest one page at a time, one idea at a time.)

Dr. Turner is a research Harvard (schlocky) school degree who has interviewed over a thousand survivors / thrivers and studied their commonalities.

WHAT MADE THESE PEOPLE DEFY ALL ODDS? Read the book to find out!

Both these women wowed me. And you too will have to instantly fall in love with them. Will look for the video to share but in the meantime, the above link is Dr. Turner's website.

She suggests finding an integrative oncologist, a FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE doc. Go to FUNCTIONALMEDICINE.ORG for ideas

Go to SOCIETY FOR INTEGRATIVE ONCOLOGY for more info...

We must raise our immune systems! Half your plate should be fruits and be fruits and veggies. NO meat, wheat, sweet or dairy.

Daily meditation, guided imagery, spiritual practice connecting you with your Spirit. Add mantras.

Supplements to boost your immune system and raise your T cells (which kill off cancer), which support your digestive system and which detoxify your body...!!! Every day.

Within months the results will start to show.

That's the basics. I took notes.

And I HAD to share with y'all, my Sisters...! I was just so excited by the video I had to run right here and post all this...

Love you,

Andi
