never sure where to post this stuff

Hi everyone, I have posted in the main forum about my enrollment in the herceptin dm1 trial and now I'm posting here (I am a Libra after all-just balancing it out). I went to Denver today for my first week's follow up blood work and Zometa. I really didn't ask about the blood work drawn the day I started and don't know much about todays' draws. What I do know is that I have some thrombocytopenia. Which looks like a pretty common side effect. I just hope the platelets rally before I am due for the next dose. Otherwise I feel pretty good. A little tired, but that can be for so many reasons. I had a continuous headache on day 1 through about 4 that I think was related. Have one now, but I feel like it is something else (probably cleaning the house. So not much of an update, but something to share anyway. If anyone has any experience with platelets improving over 3 week intervals I would love to hear about it.

Thinking of you all.
