Soy isoflavone use for those on anastrozole

Positive effect of soy isoflavones on bc patients taking adjuvant anastrozole:

The study didn't separate out patients by age or menopausal status, but supposedly AI's are only prescribed for menopausal patients. However, remembering my earlier thread (below) I wonder if those who are only marginally menopausal would still best avoid it. The vast majority of breast cancer patients ARE over age 55 but I don't know how many of them are HR+.
