Alcohol
Hi all,
Hope that everyone is doing well! Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on alcohol consumption. I know some women who won't drink a drop while others continue to drink socially.
I see that many of you are long term survivors (woo hoo!!) so am interested with understanding who is still raising a glass and how you're doing.
As for me - I still continue to drink socially which might equate to 6 drinks over a weekend.

June/13: Felt lump in left breast. Had mammo and u/s - told it was a fibroadenoma - no biopsy
Sept/13: Follow-up mammo and u/s - Told no change but small cysts under arm - no biopsy
Jan/14: Felt lump under my arm - repeat mammo and u/s - biopsy.
Modified Radical Mastectomy March 17/14
IDC, Triple +, Grade 3, Stage 2b, 2/21 nodes
Started chemo April 30/14
3 x FEC
1 x Taxotere - couldn't handle it
6 weeks of taxol
Started Herceptin July 2/14 - every 3 weeks until end of June/15
Last chemo: Sept 3/14!! Woo hoo!!
Started tamoxifen Oct 13/14
