Thanks Andi for the all the information. It is mind boggling for me BUT my mind boggles easily.

I do take some of the supplements you recommend, however, not all.

I will go the website of Dr. Gaynor and check this all out. It is interesting, to say the least, and learning new things is ALWAYS a good idea.
