thank you so much for posting. I wanted to try DIM, and anything else that could help.

I had not heard of Brevail before and will definitely read up on that.

My doctor told me to take Vitamin D. I take between 400 to 1000 units, but I don't remember every day.

I'm trying to eat more veggies, less meat and dairy. It is hard to change my diet.
