This is a very interesting article Rhonda. I have had polycystic ovarian syndrome for most of my adult life - symptoms:

Increased levels of testosterone
Increased levels of estrogen
High cholesterol
Hypertension
Increased weight
Infertility
Insulin Resistance

I remember when I was first diagnosed reading that Metformin (Glucophage) an anti-diabetic drug, had been found in a study (I don't know which or how many studies) to be effective against breast cancer.

I was actually on Metformin for several years on and off before being diagnosed with BC but the medication was stopped when BC was diagnosed.

Thanks for the article.

Love Ally xx
