This is ground breaking stuff? We all know the double-edged sword tamoxifen has for HER2 BC with herceptin. One conclusion I get from this study is that we may be able to shut-down the ER proliferation pathway without getting all the symptoms of complete estrogen devrivation...... wouldn't that solve a lot is issues? Thank you for posting this.

Any comments ladies?
