Whenever I see someone taking Carbo/Taxotere/Herceptin, I like to respond. I got that combo neoadjuvantly(prior to my mastectomy). I , too am high grade, ER-,PR-,HER +3. I did not met, but my tumor was really big, 5-6 cms. After this combo, it shrunk to a few millimeters.(powerful stuff). Then I got A/C after my mastectomy.Now I am in the middle of rads.
