I will be getting Herceptin for a year b/c I am just finishing up my chemo, but my concern was staying on longer. My onc said there is a very good chance that studies may be started looking at long term use of Herceptin. He didn't know anymore details, but someone who is in your position my qualify for a study like that. You may want to tell your onc you are interested if anything comes up soon.
