I just wanted you to know that I had the same problem. I finally found out that if you run Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer that is a common problem. I went to Java.com, and downloaded "Java 2 Runtime Environment" which is published by Sun Microsystems. (There was also a link to go there from Microsoft.) That will take care of the problem!
