A little bit of good news
Last Friday I had my first mammogram (of my remaining breast) and ultrasound of both sides. Everything was clear.
I am back at work part time, organizing home renovations and yawning with tiredness a fair bit of the time - but I am still here and getting better all the time.
I staggered out of my office today, alarming my secretary. I told her it was just the peripheral neuropathy and stiffness I get if I sit too long. It felt like something that just happens from time to time that I can brush off and get on with other things. It is getting that way with the hot flushes too, although some days are worse than others.
There is a lot to be said for focusing on things that take you out of your body, and into the world, I think.
Cheers
