I agree that 60 is the aim level, but if I can obtain it with only 2000 IU /d, maybe that is best. I think I don't want to overwhelm my body with too much of something, just enough, cause I wonder if too much might be a bad idea, too, in regard to cardiovascular calcification ...

It would be nice to know an exact level at which would be the limits on cardio health for vitamin D3.
