Thank you Jen for your post tonight. I am always thinking of Sheila and wondering how she is doing. Your mom is such a blessing to us here at her2support. She is right in saying "getting cancer is a blessing in disguise!" When you really think about it, everyone begins dying from the day they are born. Those of us who get our mortality smacked in our faces are truly the lucky ones because we are given a second chance, as it were, to do and say those things want too.

No doubt, losing our loved ones is the toughest thing we can go through. Watching them slowly leave us is heart wrenching.

I am thankful you and your mom are able to say and share very special things with one another through this part of her journey. It's so very special.

Love to you Jen and Sheila. Say hello to your mom from me and please give her a gentle, loving hug from me.
