AS the others have said, it seems that activity is essential if you are to get strong again. Explore what else is offered. And since you need a hobby, make it getting more exercises into that place!
Mostly, keep the faith. I know you do.

5/10 mistakenly dx with lung cancer. Middle rt lobe removed!
