Re: stress fuels breast cancer metastasis to bone--can be blocked w propranolol, denos

Yikes! In the 3 years before my b/c diagnosis, my 32 year old daughter almost died of a mysterious fungal infection, I suffered two "massive" rotator cuff tears requiring two surgeries in 4 months, nursed my mother through cancer of the parotid gland (terminal), lost my brother-in-law to pancreatic cancer, lost a nephew to prostate cancer and cared for my 93 year old dad, who died of a stroke 6 weeks after we buried my brother-in-law. I found my lump 4 days after returning home from his funeral. Now I'm dealing with the stress of my breast cancer. Life is stressful. Is there a solution? I think I've been stressed since I was 6 years old.

"The hope for healing is not born out of a fear of death, but a love of life. This is a very good thing. When people love life more than they fear death, they come to treatment with open hands, open hearts, open eyes. When people fear death more than they love life, they are clinging and clutching and grasping."
