Thank you Lani. Good to know. I wonder if regular massage or exercise would have a similar effect?
Not to discount pharmaceuticals. Before I had surgery I tried many of the "miraculous" herbal supplements like IP6, Artemisan, etc and it didn't even slow down the growth - which I could see expanding on the nipple since I had Paget's - Yikes!
Still I yearn for more holistic treatments, sigh.
