7/2011 New breast cancer in left breast, Stage1c, grade 3, ER+ PR- Her2+, no lymph involvement;
Bilateral mastectomy, tram flap reconstruction
6 Taxatere, carboplatin, herceptin completed 1/25/12 with herceptin to continue.
