Taxol is given at start , but gets dropped after 3 months or so, if theres quick response . Many are having more dramatic results than Lorraine, and she had a quick response. I've heard of NED after amonth or two ! I think pert. / t dm-1 will be the tx choice of the future. low weekly dosing of t dm-1 seems to protect against plat loss.
