Swollen lymph node after completing chemo

Hi
After completing 6 rounds of TCH my MRI, Ultrasound and Mammo came back good. My original 3.1 lymph node appeared normal in size THEN. 3 1/2 weeks later and I had my 1st Herceptin only treatment on Monday and notice the same lymph node now feels enlarged and is sensitive. Of course I am freaking out - assuming things are heading in a bad direction. I have to wait for my surgery until my blood count is back to normal - hopefully in 6 weeks and I can't wait to get the affected tissue removed.

Has anyone else had swollen/reactive nodes because of Herceptin only? Think I should contact my Onc? Although what can he do? I can't continue with more chemo and keep pushing surgery. It is disturbing that the node felt normal then and now feels sensitive and swollen.

I appreciate any input.
