Just got my power port two weeks ago. My vascular surgeon installed it and there was an unusual amount of pain afterward and for about one week until I realized that if a woman does not have the right kind of bra, with good support, there is pulling on the tissue.
At this point I am waiting to resume my Remicade treatments without the two hour let's find the vein game.
Other than that, I only notice it when I bend over or towards the right but that is to be expected since the insertion is so recent.
