Happy Birthday, Karen! I am granting you permission to cast our diet aside to enjoy the day! Actually, this stems not only from my extreme generosity of spirit, but is also birthed from my extreme guilt. You see, this weekend my niece got married and we all made rather merry falling off my diet and the proverbial wagon (can you say 4 White Russians?!!!!!). Gotta get back to the quasi vegetarian fare, but oh the food and fun were delightful! I do hope you enjoy your birthday as much as I did my weekend!
