For what it is worth (as a stage I), most of the 8 years since treatment I've stayed on a low-glycemic organic diet, focusing on balancing the omega's and getting daily exercise, and am still NED. I had chemo and a short run of tamoxifen, but have never had trastuzumab. I think it makes a difference and I just hope it keeps working.
