Hi Shonda! You have posed some very good questions. I would think if you are declared NED and it pops up again that it would be a recurrence, but that's only my opinion. Please, one very important thing to remember is how new breakthroughs are being made all the time and new trials/studies are completed and treatments approved for use. Our knowledge, in all areas, is expanding at an ever-increasing rate. You hang in there, Shonda. Oh, and maybe tell your onc. that you will decide what's unrealistic or not from now on.
