Are you referring to metastasis or primary biopsy?
This issue of limited/variable biopsy sites really has ramifications. It pains me to think that the random selection of biopsy site might disqualify someone from effective treatment. I know there is suggestion that breast cancer stem cells are Her2+ and ER-, regardless of biopsy.
