Here is a link from an ASCO article on the clinical trials of a new drug by Wyeth called neratinib (HKI-272). It is another tyrosine kinase inhibitor like Herceptin, however works inside the cell rather than on the surface. It is a very promising drug. They are running trials with this drug at Fox Chase here in Philadelphia, as well as many other places across the country.
